Winter Break Blog Post

Hello Fourth Grade Families, We’ve encountered technical difficulties posting our blog this week. We apologize for the delay. The blog post is included here instead. What an amazing week this was for the fourth grade! We began with a triumphant performance of the Lower School Hebrew Play. Thank you to Ilana Swisa, fourth grade students, and everyone who attended! It meant so much to the students to see their families out in the crowd, cheering them on. Candles and Dreidels and Doughnuts, Oh My!

Hello Fourth Grade Families! It’s hard to believe that we’re wrapping up for winter vacation already! As we approach our time off, please remember to let teachers know if your child will be missing school either before or after school vacation time. Also please remember to come to our Lower School Hebrew Play on Monday! Fourth graders are the stars of the show and have been working very hard on their parts. We hope to see you there! Almost Chanukah!

Hello Fourth Grade Families! We are fast approaching Winter Vacation, which means that first we get to celebrate Chanukah together! Students have been working hard on the Lower School Hebrew Play, coming up Monday, December 18. We hope that we’ll see you there! We are also excited about the upcoming fourth grade trip to Fraunces’ Tavern in Manhattan, where George Washington once stayed and gave an address. Welcome December

Hello Fourth Grade Families! We hope you all had a meaningful and restful Thanksgiving weekend. It’s hard to believe, but we are already in December, which means that winter vacation is a mere three weeks away! Hello Fourth Grade Families! It was wonderful seeing many of you yesterday at conferences and talking to you about our amazing students. For those of you we didn’t see then, we’re looking forward to meeting with you on Monday! Thank you also to everyone who bought books for the classroom at the book fair! Back to a Five-Day Week

Hello Fourth Grade Families!  Thank you all for coming to the Sukkot Parent Breakfast and for praying together with us last week. It feels like it’s been such a long time since we had a five day week of school!
