First Grade News

Hello Families,

What a lovely week! We had our Shuk on Thursday and had so much fun counting the right amount of shekels for goodies and giving change. We continue to create our neighborhood and released our ladybugs into the garden today!

In Music class, First Graders completed their unit on Camille Saint-Saëns’ Carnival of the Animals by learning the Tortoises movement and how it inspired Jacques Offenbach’s Can Can. If they’d like to hear more, there are lots of videos you can check out online. Have a beautiful, musical summer!
