Kindergarten Hebrew Studies

Dear Kindergarten parents הורים יקרים,

Our Kindergarteners are learning about fall.

We have been singing a song, playing charades and Pictionary and doing crafts. You can see the song and list of words bellow. We have also worked on our 3D plaster fruits and used our puppet theater to review the verb I eat with the text we learned last week.

With our Shinshinim Eran and Ofir we learned the song My Hat – Lakova Shely – and worked on our folding skills.

You can view it here:

The Israeli Version

A Version with English Explanations

In Jewish studies we added Ma Tovu, Shma and VeAhavta to our prayer routine and discussed the meaning of the prayers. For Ma Tovu Phyliss came in to tell us the Balaak/Balaam story from the Torah and we discussed the good things we do at school and at home.

This coming week we will add a job chart onto our classroom routine.

And please, let me know if you have any questions.

Shabbat Shalom,

Alex
