Hannah Senesh Community Day School, a progressive, independent K-8 Jewish day school in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, is hiring a full-time fifth grade Humanities maternity leave replacement teacher to begin January 4, 2021.
Applicants should be creative, thoughtful, and reflective educators who value working in a progressive school setting.
Responsibilities include teaching English and History, being part of the fifth grade advising team, and developing a warm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Education degree and experience working with pre-adolescent and adolescent students required.
