Who's Who

The teaching staff at Hannah Senesh Community Day School is a professional staff, trained at some of the most prestigious educational institutions and committed to providing superior education in an intensive, pluralistic Jewish learning environment.  All teachers have degree in relevant disciplines; most of our teachers have received Masters Degrees or are enrolled in graduate programs.  All teachers attend conferences and workshops in education and in their disciplines to continue their own development as professional educators.

At Hannah Senesh, as educators, we view ourselves as life long learners.  Therefore, we support our teachers through direct supervision and administrative and colleagial collaboration.  Each teacher meets weekly with an administrative supervisor to discuss lesson plans, classroom management, creative methodology, class trips and activities.  Our Child Study Team supports teachers’ efforts to modify curriculum and strategies to better meet the needs of all students.  Weekly Monday Staff Meetings allows our teachers to share resources, ideas, and solutions, enabling them to draw strength from the diversity and the experience of one another.
